Fernando and Rhiannon have chosen Salt & Bash to coordinate the room reservations for their destination wedding. Discounted room rates have been negotiated exclusively for this trip through a group contract. This contract requires a minimum number of rooms to be booked under the room block in order to take advantage of the additional discounts and amenities that have already been negotiated.

Anyone NOT booking through the group may be charged additional fees by the resort to attend any of the wedding events.

A $200 non-refundable deposit per room will be required at the time of booking, along with full payment of trip insurance.

Final payments are due on or before February 1st, 2023.

faq's

Q: What is/isn't included in the price?

A: The pricing includes your stay at either Dreams Playa Mujeres or Secrets Playa Mujeres. These are all-inclusive resorts and therefore all of your food and drinks are included. The price also includes shared transfers to/from the Cancun International Airport. The price DOES NOT include your airfare, upgrade to private transfer service, daily resort fee, and any excursions, spa treatments, or extra experiences.

Q: What should I do about my flights?

A: You will need to coordinate your flights on your own. We are happy to offer you advise on booking your airfare but no longer offer air only booking services. When you book your room, we will ask you what your plans are for the flight so that we can notify the airport transportation company of your arriving and departing information.

Q: Can I purchase trip-insurance?

A: Yes! We always recommend that you purchase trip-insurance. We will explain your options at the time of booking.

Q: Can I add-on excursions to this trip?

A: Sure! We understand that although you are excited to attend Fernando & Rhiannon's Wedding, that you would still like to enjoy this time as a vacation. Salt & Bash is a full-service travel agency and we can coordinate any upgrades or excursions that you'd like to add-on to your trip.

Q: When do I have to decide if I'm coming to Fernando & Rhiannon's Wedding?

A: The contract requires that all rooms are booked and paid-in-full by February 1st, 2023.

Q: Can I make payments on the trip?

A: Yes! You can make interest-free payments on the trip up until the final payment due date of February 1st, 2023.

Q: How do I make a deposit/payment on the trip?

A: Any deposits and payments require you to complete the payment authorization form.

Q: Will my room be in the same area of the resort as the other people attending the trip?

A: The resort will do their best to keep the group as close together as possible. If there is another traveler that you would like to be nearby, a request can be made in advance that you're close to each other. Please notify us of this at the time of booking.

Q: What's the weather like in Mexico in May?

A: May is a great time to visit Mexico! The weather is typically between 75 and 89 degrees with an occasional shower on hot afternoons.
