Jurisdiction and Legal Action

You hereby release us from all claims arising out of any problem covered in this document, and to submit all other claims against us within 30 days after the return of your trip.  You agree that the courts in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania will be the exclusive jurisdiction for all claims brought by you or Salt and Bash, and you hereby submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

 

This agreement, encompassing the entire agreement between Salt and Bash and you, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.

THE CARRIERS, HOTELS AND OTHER SUPPLIERS PROVIDING TRAVEL OR OTHER SERVICES ON THIS WEBSITE ARE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS AND NOT AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES OF SALT AND BASH. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE ACTS, ERRORS, OMISSIONS, REPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, BREACHES OR NEGLIGENCE OF ANY SUCH SUPPLIERS OR FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING THEREFROM.
